This beautiful handwriting practice book is based on the work of Els Gottgens, a Dutch Waldorf Teacher.
 
The writing area has three stripes - 6mm high each - an upper and lower green stripe and a pink middle stripe.
 
Children and adults who are learning to write beautifully will utilise all three stripes in their letter formation.  The top of the ascending letters should reach the top of the highest green stripe.   The median letters sit within the pink stripe, and the bottom of the descending letters should touch the bottom of the lowest green stripe.  Practice and concentration will yield wonderful results!
