For regular use with babies. Or for use with children/adults with oral sensory processing issues (such as oral sensory defensiveness* or oral sensory seeking.)
As early as 4 weeks old, brushing should be in your little one’s everyday routine. Marcus and Marcus’ finger Toothbrush & Gum Massager set is the first stage to oral care for your baby. Safely brush new baby’s teeth and massage their tender gums with our silicone finger toothbrush. Our soft and flexible silicone bristles are gentle on mouth. This set comes with a storage case and can grow with your baby from 0 – 6 months until they are ready for the next step.
ORAL SENSORY ISSUES
Oftentimes children/adults with oral sensory issues have trouble with SOMEONE ELSE doing the brushing - but if they can't cope with a full toothbrush yet, or if the bristles on even the softest toothbrush cause distress then this set may help.
May also help a person whose gums have become soft and sore after a period of not brushing their teeth. The usual advice from dentists is to rectify the soft gums with gentle brushing, cleaning and hardening the gums again. But to a person with oral defensiveness the thought of using a toothbrush may be too much. However, the feel of these soft silicone bristles may be tolerated, especially if they are able to do it themselves.
A sensory seeker may find comfort in rubbing their entire gums with the silicone bristles. It should be noted that this product is not suitable for chewing.

In all instances, approach oral defensiveness in a respectful, and if appropriate, fun way.
